We propose a social environment survey to advance the "fishing industry coordination" plan, taking into account the characteristics of the region and the requests of local stakeholders. To promote new offshore wind power installations, it is essential to build consensus with fishing industry stakeholders. To facilitate this consensus-building, the concept of "fishing industry coordination," which allows both parties to mutually benefit from the coexistence of facility installation and fishing, is becoming more widespread and ingrained. Additionally, as the next step, we also propose connecting to the economic ripple effects in the region involving local stakeholders, based on renewable energy.
